Established in 2012, HO SAM BUILDER (S) PTE. LTD began as an affiliate to an associate company then carrying out simple renovation works and minor construction projects. In the recent past, new and repeated interests from clients have fuelled HO SAM to be ready to emerge stronger.
Today, the three partners are organized to focus our strengths in the areas of civil construction and architectural reno-built spaces with an eye on cost efficiency and value creation.
The combined years of experience of the 3 partners is more than 60 years altogether and with this new core, we want to feed the company’s growth for the next lap into this boutique building industry of landed enclaves.
At the core of our present business, we want to create a lasting proposition for our clients, by improving quality and safety standards on every project, at the same time also allowing our employees to achieve more from their career.
